Since 2004 AKWATERRA has taken visitors throughout the exquisite terrain of El Salvador. We started out as tour operators and as we’ve grown we’ve established a mountain lodge in Portezuelo Park in the Apaneca Mountain Range, innovative camping decks, Portezuelo Multi Adventure Park and we’ve established our ocean boutique hotel Las Olas Beach House in Playa Sunzal. Now we not only offer adventures but also comfortable and unique accommodations.

We began our venture in tourism before El Salvador passed its national tourism law and so the road has not been easy. Yet we have found major satisfaction in all of our endeavors and we hope to keep showing visitors the grandness of our small but diverse country.
